Shawn – I’m not clear on the door frame example. I see where you put the ball behind the hammer and next to the hammer but why call it a door frame? Does the analogy simply mean a solid object?

I use cut the grass task with irons and fairway woods, works great! With the driver it doesn’t seem to fit, what task would you suggest for driver?
Hi Jason! Did you see the Driver and driver part 2 videos? Then See “the throwing series” with the driver; then the “arc blur” videos with driver the grass is just longer and you are clipping the tip of the tee with the sole of the club on the way up. Start with that and see how you do!👍😀

Hi Shawn, I have sent you two videos for swing analysis. And the part where you ask for my task, I was confused as to what task am I performing. I was telling you more about my focus on my release or staying behind the ball etc. After watching this video, I think I now have a better idea of what you are asking for. Hope on my next swing analysis ( which by the way will be the end of this month) I do tell you my actual task.

I had really been struggling unleashing the kinetic chain. Fabricated an impact board I finally felt what it was like to grab the ground and unleash the chain. Shot a nice 81 net 64 today by far my lowest rd of the year. I feel confident I can take the chain into my next league rd on sat.
