hey shawn, developed a bad habit lately. I am tending to move my shoulders towards the ball as i start my downswing and it causes me to hit big pulls from time to time. Any tips for getting this under control?

Blur of club video; then “arc blur unstoppable momentum series” and “tilt mile markers” and this tilt video:https://wisdomingolfpremium.com/tilt-awareness-direction-practice-2/

Should my eyes follow the ball from impact?

There is no way they can! Too fast for the eyes. You are simply letting momentum swing through the arc blur you preview seeing at address and you wait till you see the blur pass through the ball and intermediate point into the flight’s direction and then let the right shoulder bring the head up where the eyes can rejoin the ball in flight.

Hi Shawn, does “centered and anchored” technique also apply to driver tee shots? I am a senior golfer with 78 mph club head speed. I wonder teeing up the ball higher (e.g., ball is about 3/4 above the driver head) would help me to get higher angle of attack to reduce backspin? Thanks

Playing the ball more forward and teeing it higher and using a diagonal stance; that would really help! See “diagonal stance series” and “great driver nugget” videos
