This is timely…I have used something like this to get back to basics when my swing is going bad. I can really sense the pressure/leverage doing this with around a 1/2 to 2/3 swing with an iron. However, when I get above that height, things become loose or out of sync and I have difficulty getting access to the leveraged feel. I’ve noticed the same issue when hitting the volleyball. (fun drill!) I can get good leverage with 1/2 or 2/3 type swings but a 3/4 to full swing gets wild. Any thoughts or ideas?

This is exactly what I need to do. Can’t wait to spend a week training with you once Covid is behind us

You switched away from ping!

Hi Shawn, I noticed you mentioned that Mu will be getting the Mavrik soon. That is also the line I’m considering for myself. Just curious, would you recommend the Mavrik or the Mavrik Pro for someone at around the same level (minus the distance)?

calvinhung13@hotmail.com

Thanks for your feedback! I’m currently using much older Mizuno JPX800 pro and I’ve tried both Mavrik briefly at Golftown but wasn’t enough to really tell which one is better for me.
