hi shawn, when you say the lead hand thumb should fit into the lifeline of the trail hand, are you referring to the side of the Lead hand thumb or the top of the lead hand thumb?

hi shawn at the 1min mark u talk about the lead hand fitting into the life line of the trail hand.

should the trail hand life line be along the side of the lead hand thumb? or further inwards along the top/middle?

Hi shawn, around the 1min mark, you mentioned the lead hand thumb will fit into the pocket of the life-line of the trailing hand.

Can i clarify if the lifeline should be aligned more towards the side of the lead-hand thumb (making it stronger), or should it be nearer the top of the lead-hand thumb?

Or instead of trying to figure out the specific placement, what are some other litmus tests i can try out to ensure my hand placement is correct?

Shawn, newbie to golf as well as your site. Your lessons have already noticeably sent me in a positive direction in short order. Thank you

I get what you’re saying with gripping the club with the face shut, then getting behind the ball to orient it. How do we find a good baseline angle, and does the angle vary across clubs? For example, it seems to me that I may want driver more shut, and short irons less.

    Buonasera Sensei!!
So good and today my putting was especially on fire!
Somewhere, there is an explination of the “initail push” forward to initiate the swing.
    where should I look?
On the mid long irons the “and swing” mantra is getting a little unpredictable!

Hello World’s greatest golf instructor! Hi Shawn, I’m enjoying bragging about your new website “Wisdom in golf”. I bought and watched Shawn’s DVD series years ago and can’t believe the new content! I just finished “Release – Fine-Tuning”. Does any amateur or even mid-level player realize how long the typical course pro would take for this depth of this analysis and then a straight ahead how-to for success? Months!!!!!!! while your paying fees just to return week after week.

Shawn, one question. I saw you demonstrate the “Snap Impact” training aid here but can’t find the follow-up video you also mention. I did see a new tool your using from Swing caddie. Is it better?
    Thanks,
    Gary
