I’m enjoying your video’s immensely. Do you have any videos that talk about the transfer from the back swing to the down swing. For years I’ve started from the top and I’m having trouble breaking that habit. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Look at the transition video in the Brandel Chamblee series; then the walking drill video; then the “anti-manipulation” video. Enjoy!
On the videos, it looks like after you get to the top of the back swing your first move down is a slight squat. Is that what your feeling when you start the down swing?

Yes, you will see that is the videos I mentioned; the body needs to squat into the ground to prepare to deliver the action towards the target; we are hard wired for that!
