I can control the strain but how do I control the velocity?
Hey Tom! See the “throw the club” and the “throwing series”
You want to throw the club far but with momentum and not force; so you need a full range of motion to do this. See “lead hand release in the backswing” video to gather and then you will feel that it’s easy to throw farther!
trying to calm the right side , keep hitting towering over draws . it’s almost like I feel the weight too much . and track by putting a push from the right 🙁 only on 6-9 irons though
Watch “how to stop hitting with the right hand” on premium; I am in that lesson now and we just changed from 17 degrees closed face to 1.5 degrees closed and peppering the green from being 70 yards left of green.
This is a great video, a lot to think about in there. Especially using your weight to compress the ball. I have being working on my compression so I will try to put this into action.
