Great Shawn …. Can you do this type of Slow Motion while you’re striking a ball ? As slow as you can get it.

Eckhart Diestel

Wonderful video Shawn, thank you.

I recently had some success in practicing timing using the concept: ready – steady – go.

ready – set up
steady – swing back and down swing

go (with emphasis) – the timing of the ‘go’ starts roughly just before impact and matches the release that you show in this video.

Thus the go is timed surprisingly late. This assures the ‘through the ball’ and ‘maximum speed beyond contact’, or, expressed differently, assured continued acceleration of the club head during impact.

Thus the ‘go’ happens at ‘release’, not at the top of the back swing.

Best regards

Eckhart

I have been lookinh at diierent versions of your theory on release and have found some good swings. So tell where should the release ocurr that is the lead hand pressures back whilr the trail hand pressures forward. Where should you feel thid being done.?

Shawn Clement

Past the ball and into the direction you want to start the ball; see “target confirmation series”

Mr. Clement:

This video says VOLUMES of information. It has taken me awhile to understand the information to grasp the concept of a no strain swing where the arms levitate and fall and the body carries you through to the target. Still a work in progress but a wonderful journey.

Shawn Clement

Right on! Thank you for letting us know! 😀👍
