Hey Shawn when I swing I feel that I release with the trail side, and my shots are good. Whenever I think and try to swing from the lead side my swings are weak and ineffective. I’ve heard that to have a good swing it must be from the lead side. Is that true? Or is it what each golfer prefers and works best? Thx
Not necessarily! This is why we have many tasks and for many golfers, they can absolutely use their trail or dominant side to perform that task!
