Hey Shawn. Thanks for the reorganization. You mentioned in this video that be closing down the face Muse result was keeping the ball straight away in the fairway most of the time but he started hooking the ball.

I’ve also closed down the face and the result with hybrids and long irons has been dramatic. After watching your last video I tweaked it a bit more and I’m having a problem hooking my wedges….bad. My wedges have always been money for me. Is it as simple as opening the face a bit more and not getting the hands as much in front? I’m baffled.

Thank you Shawn.

Shawn,

I agree the explanation of how the content is organized is a tremendous upgrade and will help us find the relevant video. Committing to a task is essential. I try to practice many of them but at the time I am playing I do not have a primary task. I think there should be a main task then have the ability to use the required task. For example, I relate to hammering, in practice I throw the club with extreme accuracy but you need to peel carrots if on the cart path.

Great video! Just wondering if there is a video that discusses the various levels of membership. For example, what exactly is Eagle… and what does this give you? What is a review like? I have been thinking about it, but not sure what it is.

Shawn – your teaching has been fantastic – the Eagle Level has been awesome as well. During our lockdown I have gone a bit overboard with practice since I have a hitting mat and net and an artificial green in my yard.

Practice is so much easier when you have things to work on. I have come up to speed with Wisdom In Golf at this point and sending you my video clips has gotten me into the habit of videoing my swing every time I feel like I have made a change – even though most times it barely looks different, it really helps to see what is going on from straight on and down the line.

Now that I have a purpose for practice, I hit about 500 balls a week, chip a similar amount and putt for many hours. My scoring on the course has really shown an improvement with all of this. I can not recommend your teaching more highly – the Eagle membership is well worth it.

Thanks for all you guys do and a shout out to Reece 🙂

Hey Shawn,

This is great! I’m thankful that you guys are thinking through how to navigate the plethora of content available. This is a bit of the info I was missing. Sometimes, I miss the forest for the trees, and to have it laid out is helpful. I would say you could probably even streamline it a bit more and be just rediculously explicit:
Step one: Find your task – (then list task videos); Step 2: choose your picture (flight, setup, plug-in, whatever); Step 3: fine-tune…etc. I know you just spent this video essentially doing that, but something that is just so direct can help the newer people put it all together.

You guys do such great work and I have learned so much, Please don’t take the above as criticism, just potential things to think about.

Thanks again!
