Shawn is a beast!! How fortunate we are to have access to such a wonderful teacher/mentor/sage.

This drill gave me the sensation that force on the handle causes the wrist hinge opposed to gravity. Am I missing something?

Thank you for the check list for consistency. I played 9 this morning before work. When I preformed the check list and made a nice throw of the club into a low effort high velocity release to the target, with the prediction of cutting the dandelion stem I got amazing resusts! When I couldn’t verify the throw and prediction the resusts were less desirable but the misses were “better misses” I will continue to work on the principals you have outline for me in your previous post.
Thanks again for sharing your outstanding teaching philosophy.

Hi Shawn
I am new to Wisdom in Golf and a Eagle Member. I am having trouble finding a task that I can have consistent success. This is my thought process on the course. Stand behind the ball and picture a shot with a definitive shot shape. See where I want the ball to start and finish. Choose an intermediate point and match my set up to the shot I have pictured. Predict solid contact ball grass ground. Now the tricky part do I cut grass, throw the club, use the battering ram, use the sword, hammer the nail through the door frame ect… Do I use one task for the entire round or alternate for different shots. Sometimes when I hit several bad shots in a row I switch tasks to a new one. then when it fails I switch again.
Thanks for your videos I know I will eventually get it.

Ok thanks

I think I understand
The task is the action used to whip the club to the target and the prediction is the cutting of the grass in that direction with the sole of the club for solid contact.
Thanks for your fast response.
In the short time I have been practicing the Wisdom in Golf swing I have hit some very powerful and accurate shots but have not been able to put together a complete round. I am very inconsistent. Don’t get me wrong I am very inconsistent no matter what instructional method I use hence my 16 handicap. I would like to get it down below a 10. Hopefully with your help and we can get there.
Thanks again

Another great drill. I will be using this analogy with one of my female students tomorrow because she loses posture in follow through. Shawn thanks again for giving us some great stuff.
Good luck with the house hunting!!!
