Hi Shawn I usually use too much suction cups on feet when asked and that is detriment for a clean contact. So I look at the conversation below and pulled up walking drill and that drill I see me using that on golf course otherwise I be chicken winged

When you take your backseing how much weight is on your right foot. Seeing your good rotation I would think most is on the right foo.t. Stack and tilt guys insist that most of your weight is always on the front foot.

Hi Craig! Correct, if you look at the “walking drill” video, which is the pillar of human movement patterns, it would blow a big hole into stack and tilt; and so would ball below feet, uphill shot, anything driver swing…

Is it ok for my left elbow to bend a bit in the backswing?

You mention to keep the club a little closed at address….how much is a little?

Hi Shawn,

Great video. I’m still having some trouble feeling centered on the downswing. I tend to shift forward and my trail foot starts to lift before impact even though my head is still behind the ball. Could it be that I am rotating my hips too quick for my hands to catch up?
