Shawn, been revisiting the PMD in conjunction with the release work you’ve had me doing
There’s a specific feel I have sometimes that I can only describe as the club head is always behind my hands in both directions and when it “releases” it’s “jumping” over my hands into a leading position
So on the backswing / takeaway it’s slightly outside my hands, as the release in the backswing occurs around 4 o clock the club head jumps “behind” my hands. Then the downswing my hands lead the trailing clubhead through impact and then it jumps to the other side again at 8 o clock
The sensation of its sort of being towed through the impact zone by the kinetic chain and always remaining behind my hands.

Hi Shawn like everyone I am trying to get more out of the driver. On the monitor I am hitting 98 to 102 mph, but my distances maxes out at about 220. Thoughts on videos I should look at to improve efficiency.? Thank you
Numbers on angle of attack should be 5 degrees up, a couple degrees from the inside and 1 degree of so closed; spin should be below 2200 RPM; if you are getting something similar to that right now, then I recommend you get fit for a new driver as it is not you!
