Hi Shawn,
I set up some Skis of my own and noticed that my front hip was very tight in the follow through. Thus, restricting arc through. Do you have any suggestions on how to loosen up that hip or should I just start doing some stretches on my own?

To get to a full finish, you will need to break out of the skis once the release occurs and let the release pull you up into a stacked finish. See “stick your finish despite the ball” series.

Wow! This was a HUGE missing link. I didn’t have these boards so I just felt like my ankles were rolled in slightly so the weight was pushed to the inside of my feet, then I just felt like after I released that the club pulled me into extension vs both happening at the same time.

Wow! Can you play w that type of inside foot pressure feel / ankles rolled in slightly? This seems to really stabilize everything in the lower half and allows for maximum engagement of the legs?

Hi Shawn, I am struggling with early extension that I believe is causing me to hit off the toe. Is this the primary video/drill for addressing that issue? Any other suggestions? Thanks!
