When you say falling, does it kind of feel like the body is moving the arm-club unit? I think I’m starting to understand what you mean.

Depuis mes débuts avec toi en 2017, jusqu’à aujourd’hui, j’ai toujours eu de la difficulté à utiliser la tâche de lancer le gazon vers la cible. Mon attention tendait à se terminer avec le gazon et non pas continuer vraiment vers la cible.
Ayant un handicap de 5 mais étant un joueur de balle basse, j’aimerais te partager une nouvelle tâche qui m’aide à lancer la balle en haut vers la cible. Elle s’intitule:
“Lancer le gazon en haut de la côte (ou la montagne), vers la cible en haut de la côte devant moi.”
Voilà j’imagine la cible en haut d’une côte et ça fonctionne. Peut-être cela pourrait-il aider une autre personne.
Alors merci pour tous tes conseils, ils n’ont pas de prix.
Yes sir!! Super! Ici au club et quand je voyage, on utilise souvent “par dessus la cime des arbres” et en haut de la côte serait très semblable! 👍👍. Nous utilisons ce focus pour les coups en amont aussi! Continue, c’est parfait!
Homework done Shawn. Watched Anti-Manipulation and this one here. Looking forward to tonight’s practice session. Question about grip pressure….I know that this matters.
What would you say your grip pressure is out of 10? Does your grip pressure change depending on the shot or does it remain quite consistent?
