Have you started going with the shots to the target more freely to take the stress of the left thumb?
shawn , i was performing 140 feet together swings when i developed pain at the base of my thumb, it never happened with one leg or normal stance swings, any more thoughts? thx,mark
shawn, what could be causing pain in left thumb? I m right handed. i ve reviewed my grip in video and i think im setup correctly .

Hey Mark! This has happened to me a couple times; you are staying down too long and the club is whipping past the hands without you going with it and the thumb is getting the brunt of the speed and force; free up your “get out of the way” towards the target!
