Shawn, I noticed that you planted your front foot while throwing the frisbee. Then when you swung your club, your front foot stayed planted. However, in the no arm series, your front foot was sliding a bit.

OH NO! I was looking for some clarity. I notice that I move my front foot too. Perhaps I was looking for some absolution, and it would be okay to move my front foot ( at least a little bit) .LOL

Shawn, the under the bar was an aha moment. When you did the heave too far outside then more inside i noticed how when you did it to stay under the bar, your shaft was more between your head and tip of shoulder. I had always been told the shaft should be more on tip of shoulder. Got a heavy club and experimented and there was the aha. Terrible balance with club on tip of shoulder really fighting to stay in balance. When more between head and shoulder felt like I could stay there effortlessly. Tried my click stick and made it click without any effort. Tried old way and hard to click and when did it was with lots of effort. Excited to take to course tomorrow!

Frisbee, “under the bar”. Funny how a simple analogy can give a fresh twist on using the tool properly! Thanks Shawn, Mu!
