So what’s the difference between G-Forces and Returning Momentum to get you thru the finish?
Thanks

Momentum around a steady axis turns into G Forces, all part of the same story to help zero in on the feel of the action through the ball.

I do 3 sets of 15, 8lb sledge hammer swings as part of my swing speed training. Helps with brace feeling, tempo, use of legs… also I think it helps me do ‘cut the grass’ task way better…… helps with tracking arc on non-dominant side too.
