At six minutes fifteen seconds in or so, you say, “you have to treat a level lie as a slight downhill lie, always.” An interesting observation to contemplate. Some of my best struck 5 irons have been on uphill lies. Time to start practicing those downhill lies.
How does one determine the low point of the swing when on the course during a round ? Is the low point at the sternal notch
Rewind to 3 videos ago; as well as check out “predict contact” and “the Goldie Locks Series” since we are terrible at locating our body parts during a task or movement. It will explain everything in details! 👍👍
Thanks Shawn . Will do.
Is there a checklist that one should go through before swinging with momentum through the ball regardless of the lye. And is there a certain order for the checklist
Morley
Yes! You will see 4 items on the checklist in those videos; once you are used to going through them on every shot, it will become very comfortable and familiar.
Thanks Shawn for these videos. This whole ‘momentum’ series is so clearly spelled out. Even without the tilt board the mental images bring a clear sense of low point and anchored base and feeling the weight of the acu and unstoppable momentum. not hit the ball. The swing flows out. Nice…J.
Thank you Dr J! Much appreciated! Golf is getting really fun isn’t it?!😀👍
