Hi Shawn, I used to use WIG but decided to get lessons and didn’t make any progress . So after a few horror rounds decided to go back to WIG. Played last night and took about 15 shots off my round. One thing I struggled with was the driver , hitting all the other clubs really well . What videos would you recommend watching ? I do feel I can feel weight of the clubs better than the driver and struggle to collect at top of back swing . I was hitting big slices

how do you keep from not hitting the ground or chunk with the vertical up and downs in the golf swing.
That one is much easier than you think! Because we are so amazing at that movement and perform it with skiing, skating, walking etc…
The key is to stay with a specific task of cutting THROUGH THE STEM OF THE DANDELION AND WAY OUT TOWARDS THE DIRECTION YOU WANT TO START THE BALL.
All you need to do to sabotage the action is to look at the ball and try to hit it. If you make the ball the target, then where is it supposed to go? In that confusion, the system is lost. When you play tennis, you are always looking at where to send the tennis ball and the brain can then organise the body to position it in relation to that direction; without which you could not even hit the ball!!
