I find this to be really effective with mid-irons too. I’ve only used them for 3/4 swings with the ball in the middle of my stance. I feel like it’s worth some “Goldilocks” at the range. Am I crazy or is this an effective precursor to the full swing?

What club are you using here for the 60 yards? And what club do you use to hit the 100 yards shot?

Would love to see a video showing GC quad numbers for launch angle and spin for 100 yards shot

My 58 degree lob wedge. Full swing is 100 yards. 100 feet apex and 11 000 to 12 000 RPM backspin and about 1000 RPM left side spin for the draw. At 60 yards, the spin is about 8000 RPM

with this pitching technique of the 3rd type where you have fold and hinge what would be max distance you get out of 52 degree? i.e what distance do you just hit a full type shot where your going for full lag and less spin? what distance does your short game end and long game begin?

Hi Paul! Great question! The answer will come with Goldilocks! Do a practice swing that is way too soft, another that is way too strong, then find a nice in between. Confirm through prediction where each one would end up to sharpen the process.
